I was disappointed that the hotel staff did not mention the distance to the shuttle bus pick-up point, which was quite a walk, and only operated once every hour. the hotel staff was unresponsive to our needs and had poor communication skills.

The hotel's location was convenient, with Ling Shan Fresh Market nearby for purchasing fresh local fruits. Taxi fare to the market was reasonable at RMB 20 to 25. The hotel also provided easy access to a shopping mall on the 2nd level and a food court on the 5th level, offering a variety of choices at reasonable prices. Although I didn't buy anything, it was great to explore. Additionally, the proximity to the domestic airport allowed for easy walk-in access, while a free yellow bus was available to the international airport. The only drawback was that guests departing from the international terminal might face some challenges, as there was no proper guidance from the staff. However, with careful planning, this can be overcome. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend Garden Lane Meilan Airport Hotel.
